Incredibly tough and comfortable. They come with spare buckles in case any one arrives damaged (impossible by the way they are packaged). I bought them to replace ones that cost triple LEATT brand and the quality of these is exceptionally good. The pads allow them to be disassembled so that they can be properly washed without the need to wash the whole piece or have to do so by soaking them. I can't be more satisfied with the purchase.
