This refund policy is to be used as a resource by www.planetkron.comPlease review the following policies carefully.

ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE OPENED ON www.planetkron.com. OTHERWISE, www.planetkron.com WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY.
www.planetkron.com offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

b. To assist with dispute resolution, we may request that you return the product(s) to www.planetkron.com. We will arrange for free pickup at your convenience.


Except for the important interpretation, www.planetkron.com will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

Free Delivery to India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, & Pakistan.

Enjoy Free Delivery Across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Your order will be delivered within an estimated time frame of 7-15 days.

2. Refund & Return

We offer a full refund for packages that arrive badly damaged.

To process your claim, we may require photos or videos of the damaged item as proof.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

PLANETKRON shall not accept any return on following condition:

1. The buyer does not like it.

2. Products smell unusual. 

3. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

4. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

5. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

6. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices. 

7. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

NOTE: All products undergo strict Quality Inspection in our Hong Kong warehouse. Please shop carefully to minimize returns and help us reduce financial losses.

3. Orders not Received.

www.planetkron.com will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered.

a.  If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office or courier with an official seal is necessary. 

b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

a) Incorrect / insufficient address.

b) No such number.

c) Unknown recipient.

d) Refused.

e) Do not pick up in time.

f) No safe delivery location.

g) Uncleared customs.

h) Others.

Notes:

a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, You need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the www.planetkron.com, our logistics company. During the return, www.planetkron.com takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

b. www.planetkron.com cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products.

www.planetkron.com has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched.

 www.planetkron.com will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

1. Full Refund

2. offers a partial refund if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

5. Orders Cancellation.

For order cancellations, www.planetkron.com offers a full refund before products dispatch by warehouses.

Important Interpretation

1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.
You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.

2. Force Majeure.
www.planetkron.com takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, www.planetkron.com will notify you by www.planetkron.com Chat, Email, WhatsApp etc.

3. Shipping Method Limits.
Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived at some Countries, States, or Cities.

4. Return.
